State Language Day in Kyrgyzstan

The Scientific Library of the International Higher School of Medicine organized an exhibition dedicated to September 23, the Day of the State Language in Kyrgyzstan. The exhibition features textbooks and teaching aids, encyclopedias and dictionaries, popular science and fiction books, magazines and newspapers for independent study of the Kyrgyz language in the educational and everyday life of students and teachers.
The exhibition features:
- teaching and methodological aids “Kyrgyzcha suloshobuz” and “Mamlekettik tildi biluu dengaaline koyulgan talaptar” (levels A1 and A2) in Kyrgyz and English for preparation for the Kyrgyz Test;
- visual teaching aids, combined under the title “My homeland is Kyrgyzstan” in Kyrgyz and English, which include the following series: Public figures; Heroes of Kyrgyzstan; Writers of Kyrgyzstan; Artists; Historical and Natural Monuments; National Traditions and Games; The Epic of Manas and Manaschi.
Of particular note are the editions of the Manas epic in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English, as well as works of art in Kyrgyz by Kyrgyz, Russian, and other writers.
The exhibition also features eight volumes of the Kyrgyzstan encyclopedia, 10 dictionaries of Kyrgyz-Russian, Russian-Kyrgyz, and Kyrgyz-Indian languages, terms and names in biology, medicine, and administrative, regional, and geographical objects of Kyrgyzstan.
