Library cooperation in digital technologies

Head of the IHSM library Mira K.Dzhailkanova, took part in the educational event "International cooperation in  digitalization of educational and library technologies" organized by IPR MEDIA (Russia) and EDP HUB (Kazakhstan), which took place on May 18, 2023 in internal format on the basis of KSTU named after . I. Razzakov.

The event was attended by more than 80 people: representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, heads of universities and occupational schools, employees of Bishkek libraries and libraries of Kyrgyzstan regions, as well as representatives of libraries, universities and publishing houses of Kazakhstan and Russia. This event was timed to coincide with May 27 – the Library Day  in Kyrgyzstan and Russia.

The participants discussed the digitalization of libraries, the problems of completing educational programs with relevant educational, scientific and educational materials, the opportunities for faculty to become authors of popular textbooks and participate in the creation of the national library of Kyrgyzstan. At the end of this event, all the participants received certificates.

In this event provided an opportunity for students and  HISM  faculty to have free test access to the digital educational resource  IPR SMART (https://www.iprbookshop.ru) / and to the language platform Russian as a foreign language ( http://ros-edu.ru) from May 24 to June 23, 2023
